Why this matters
Next-gen leadership is not a title.
It is the ability to stay clear when Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, and Environmental forces collide. Uncertainty is the new normal. Titles will not hold. Judgment will.
We form that judgment while students are young enough for it to become habit — not a workshop they forget, a way they see problems.
AI is used as an enhancer of human judgment, not as the answer key. The aim is a generation that can navigate uncertainty and still serve people.

Pick a real problem
Problems sit inside PESTLE: policy, markets, culture, tools, law, and the living world. Students choose one that affects people, not a case study from a binder.

Think it through
Critical thinking first. Then design thinking: empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test. Content must be true. Context must be seen. The client must stay in the centre.

Use AI, then decide
AI widens the search and sharpens the draft. The student still owns the judgment, the communication, and the responsibility for who is helped.
